ASSIGNMENT:
Go to a book store, bring post-its and pen. Try to go to a bookstore over a library so you can see what is coming out on the market now. Going to the Library is ok too. :) Pick up 10 picture books at random. Read each one. Don't think about it too much when you are reading through them for the first time.
Then pick five of your favorite books and write down the following for each book:
1. Character
2. Problem
3. Inciting Incident/Escalation (how the story raises in tension)
4. Resolution
5. Book Concept: What makes this book special?
